Roll all 9 story dice. Start with “Once upon a time...” and tell a story that links all 9 images. Start with the image that captures your imagination most. You can’t go wrong! The goal of Rory’s Story Cubes® is to let your imagination run wild.
You can do it! The human brain thinks in images and always finds a way to connect the pictures on the dice. The more you play, the easier it becomes to tell longer and more elaborate stories. You can play alone or in a group, where everyone takes turns telling a story using the 9 images on the story dice.
