Codenames: Marvel

Codenames: Marvel combines the popular word game Codenames with characters and locations from the Marvel Universe, including Spider-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Avengers, and Doctor Strange.

In Codenames, two teams—in this case, S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra—compete to see which one can correctly guess all of its agents (identified by a word or image) first. However, these agents are hidden in a 5x5 grid alongside the other team’s agents, neutral words, and an assassin. If you guess the assassin, you lose the game immediately. One person on each team is a spy master, and only these two know which agents belong to which team. The spy masters take turns giving one-word clues that allow their teammates to identify multiple agents on the board. Their teammates try to guess the agents of the correct color while avoiding the agents from the other team—and, of course, everyone wants to avoid the hitman.
