Shipments

Your order will be carefully packed by us in-house to prevent damage to the products during transport. If you place your order before 4 p.m. on weekdays, it will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Normal delivery time for shipments to Belgium and the Netherlands is 1 business day, for the rest of Europe several business days. After placing your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us and later you will also receive a link (Track & Trace) that allows you to track your package yourself. The shipping cost of your package depends on the value of your order and, of course, the country to which the package is to be sent. Orders with pre-orders (products not yet in stock, but can be pre-ordered) and in-stock products will not be shipped until all ordered products are in stock.
