The Debriefing Cube

The debriefing cube is a debriefing game designed by Julian Kea and Chris Caswell. With a serious game, there is bound to be a good debriefing, otherwise you've just played a game. The magic happens during debriefing, where your team just had the fun, you link it to lessons learned. But debriefing is not easy at all. Only with lots of practice that over time you learn to understand your team, evaluate their experiences and know what topics to address during the debrief. This game will help you get the most out of your debriefing through the six different categories and corresponding cube.
